Welcome!
Now that I have a platform to address the masses, I find myself with very little to say. I'm not the type to come on to the net and rant and rave. I'd prefer to hear myself do that. I'm more the type who argues with the radio while I'm alone in my car. I love that. So this site will be absent of any dissertations about my beliefs.
What I do believe in is my soul and my heart, both proud of my two heritages. I'm an American by birth, an Irishman by blood. I am a very proud Irish American. I remember as a child hoping America and Ireland never went to war. Then I got older and realized something. Thank God for Idaho. America shall never want for a potato. My Grandmother, God rest her soul, found that concern very amusing, and assured me that I'd probably never have to go fight in the land which gave birth to my soul. For my heart is solidly American, my soul as Irish as the blarney stone. As I got older I learned of the great contributions that the Irish have made to and for America. I hope to pass along some of the pride I have in my two heritages, along with some valuable links that I have accumulated in my time as a net-surfer. If you have a page, and want me to post a link, send it, and as long as it's a decent website, it shouldn't be a problem. If I'd let my little girl check your site out, your link will be posted.
